I would like to share this information with all of you, so that you will not have any problem and waste ur time here in singapore because of u lack some documents and do something wrong.
I write this for people who are just graduates from their University, because I also apply with this term.
FOR INDONESIAN ONLY!!! But most of the time they are the same, the documents that are not to be translated has the same procedure for another country.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!!
1. TRANSLATION MUST BE DONE BY INDONESIAN SWORN TRANSLATOR NOT THE NOTARY
2. YOU CAN TRANSLATE IT TO ENGLISH IN SINGAPORE BY GOING TO SUPREME COURT
3. BETTER BRING 1 PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND LEGALIZED THEM THROUGH NOTARY
4. THE LEGALIZATION MUST BEAR THE WORD "Certified true copy of the original"
Basically what u need is:
1. KTP (FRONT AND BACK) - Only need Bahasa Indonesia, Photocopy and Legalized by Notary in ur country.
2. Passport (Front and Back Page, the page that contain ur personal particulars) - Only need Bahasa Indonesia, Photocopy and legalize by Notary in ur country.
3. Surat Ganti Nama (Parent Change Name Letter) if you have any - Need to be translated by Indonesian Sworn Translator only. You can find one HERE. STRICTLY NOT BE TRANSLATED BY NOTARY!!! You might need to prepared 1 photocopy of the Surat Ganti Nama in Bahasa Indonesia or in ur Country language and has the Notary certified them as true copy (LEgalized).
4. BIRTH CERTIFICATE - Translated into English, and bring 1 photocopy of the original language and certified them as true copy from notary
5. Education - Transcript and Certificate. Suggest you to bring Degree and Senior High School Transcript and Cert. Need to be translated into English. Bring the photocopy of the original language and certified them as true copy as well.
6. Photo - SIze 3.5 x 4.5 cm
7. You should not have gap of no more than 8 months between your study programme
